Overlooking Red Mountain and Shades Valley sits a historical little
community up on the peak of Shades Mountain. While a lot of people call
this place home. It is known by its neighbors as Bluff Park.Bluff Park,
the community, is located in Hoover.

Bluff Park for the 2007 year, 80 homes sold with an average price of
$216,453. The median price was $200,000 and the price range of sold
properties was $138,000 to $420,500 with an average of 68 days on
market.   

Bluff Park had a total of 144
properties come on the market with an average price of $235,250, a
median price of $214,995 and a price range of $138,500 to $539,900.
